Design stars Bob and Courtney Novogratz, sat down with Foxnews.com Live on Thursday to discuss their new show and share some fun, affordable design ideas.

The husband-wife duo are not strangers to television. They first appeared on air with the show “7 By Design,” named for their seven children. Their new show, “Home By Novogratz,” premieres July 16 at 10pm EST on HGTV.

“We were really excited because this is really more about design,” said Bob Novogratz.”We also try to show people where to get stuff. We really try to show the viewer how to source all of these great ideas.”

See the Novogratz’ Amazing NYC House.

So, what are some of these great design ideas? How about turning some of your most cherished photographs into wallpaper? Courtney Novogratz says that this can be done online and works  with one photo or a collage of photos, both of which are featured on the couple’s new show.

“We chose one signature wall, but the great thing is that as a family grows they can go to the next wall and continue adding photos,” said Courtney of one of their projects on “Home By Novogratz.”

Meet the Novogratz’ 7 Kids.

Don’t look good in any pics? Then get creative with paint! Courtney says she particularly likes to mess around with stripe designs.

“Whether it’s an entire room or one signature wall, it is a fun way to be creative and unique. I think it is an interesting way to take paint to another step, meaning not just a solid wall—you can stripe stairs and you can use various colors.”

April, 29: In this image taken from video, England’s soccer star David Beckham, left and his wife Victoria arrive at Westminster Abbey for the Royal Wedding in London.

David and Victoria Beckham welcomed a baby girl, Harper, to their growing family Sunday, the soccer superstar announced on his Facebook page.

“I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham. She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7.55 this morning, here in LA. Victoria is doing really well and her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister xx.”

This is the fourth child for the US-based star British couple, who married in 1999, and the first daughter. She joins her older brothers, Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, eight, and Cruz, six, who “are excited to welcome their baby sister to the family,” the spokesman said.

Victoria Beckham’s fellow former Spice Girls members took to Twitter Sunday to congratulate the couple.

“@victoriabeckham congrats!!! Yipeee another spice baby is born, damn it wish it was me this AM cos I feel like I’m about to POP!” wrote “Scary Spice” Melanie Brown, who herself is heavily pregnant.

“Baby Spice” Emma Bunton tweeted, “Big kiss to @victoriabeckham can’t wait to meet your gorgeous little girl!”

David Beckham’s former England teammate Michael Owen was also among the well-wishers, posting, “I hear Victoria Beckham has just given birth to a baby girl. Great news,” while talk show host Ellen DeGeneres wrote, “Congratulations to David and @VictoriaBeckham and their new baby girl! I can’t wait to meet her.”

News of the birth came just a day after David Beckham scored directly from a corner kick for the LA Galaxy and only three days after the former Manchester United and Real Madrid superstar posted a sneaky photograph of a heavily pregnant Victoria on his Facebook page.

Beckham, 36, said the black and white picture of his 37-year-old wife, which showed her reclining in the sun with her “bump” fully exposed, was taken without her knowing.

“Took this pic of Victoria while she wasn’t looking. She looks amazing, so close now to the baby being born!” the caption read.

Most men will spend their lives dreaming about going on a date with Mila Kunis – but for one U.S. Marine, that fantasy may very well turn into a reality.

Sgt. Scott Moore, of the 3rd Battalion 2nd Marines in Musa Qala, Afghanistan, last week set up a YouTube page and posted a video asking the “Friends With Benefits” star to accompany him to the Marine Corps Ball on November 18th in Greenville, North Carolina.

“Hi Mila, I just want to take a moment out of my day to invite you to the Marine Corps. Ball with yours truly,” the uniformed sergeant said from his digs in Afghanistan. “So take a second to think about it and get back to me. All right, bye now.”

And when FOX411 asked Kunis about the invitation over the weekend, her “Benefits” co-star, Justin Timberlake, assured Moore he was going to make it happen.

“Have you seen this? Have you heard about this? You need to do it for your country,” Timberlake asked Kunis excitedly, before sending out a direct message to Moore. “I’m going to work on this, man. This needs to go down.”

After questioning her publicist if she knew about the invitation, the clearly flattered 27-year-old actress agreed.

“I’ll go, I’ll do it for you,” she said, turning to Timberlake. “Are you going to come?”

“They don’t want me! They want you,” Timberlake responded. “You need to do it for your country.”

Kunis nodded.

“I’ll do it,” she confirmed.

So get that limo reserved, Sgt. Moore!

Rebecca Black (YouTube)

“Friday” singer Rebecca Black will make a bid for musical credibility with a new single, The Hollywood Reporter reported Monday.

The viral video star will debut “My Moment” on her website and YouTube Channel on July 18, with online retailers to follow.

It will be 14-year-old’s first new material since “Friday” made her an overnight star in February. The song was widely mocked and parodied for its shoestring film clip, banal lyrics and Black’s unusual Auto-Tuned singing. It has since racked up 167 million plays on YouTube, making it the most-watched video in the site’s history.

“My Moment” promises to be a more of a big-budget affair, with production from Charlton Pettus (Tears For Fears, Hillary Duff) and a glossy video in the works. The clip will show Black attending red carpet premieres and adjusting to her new, glamorous lifestyle. “It’s a fairytale story, but it happened in real life,” Black said in a statement.

The singer is also working on a 5-track EP, due for release in August.

She recently demonstrated her star potential with a cameo in Katy Perry’s “Last Friday Night” video.

The actor who plays Hogwarts villain Draco Malfoy is set to cast a spell over hip-hop fans — as a Snoop Dogg-style rapper, The Sun reported Monday.

Tom Felton, 23 — famed as the upper-class bully Malfoy in the “Harry Potter” films — is aiming for a music career now the schoolboy wizard’s filmed adventures have come to an end.

Felton, who has clinched a recording deal with an independent label, told The Sun, “I was thinking of doing some [British hip-hop group] N-Dubz-style stuff.”

“I’m going to change my image — backward caps, the lot,” he added.

Despite trying his hand at rap, Felton insisted he will not be giving up his acting career any time soon. He has five films in production — including a lead role in “Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes.”

The eighth and final “Harry Potter” film premiered in London last week.

1987: Ryan O’Neal and Farrah Fawcett are seen together in a file photo.

Ryan O’Neal has now been sued by the University of Texas in an ongoing battle over an iconic silkscreen of Farrah Fawcett valued at $30 million, the New York Post reported Monday.

The university filed a lawsuit Friday in Los Angeles over the Andy Warhol silkscreen — one of two made by the famous artist in 1980 — which it claims belongs to the school as part of the artwork Fawcett bequeathed to her alma mater when she died in 2009 at the age of 62.

One of the silkscreens hangs in the university’s Blanton Museum of Art.

O’Neal claims the other Warhol silkscreen was “given to him by Farrah” and, therefore, he owns it outright. It was seen last month over O’Neal’s bed in an episode of his OWN reality series, “Ryan and Tatum: The O’Neals.”

The university claims that O’Neal is keeping the other Warhol portrait improperly — and may have more pieces of Fawcett’s artwork that belong to the school.

Looks like Jersey Shore producers might have a little situation on their hands.

Just days after Vinny Guadagnino reportedly left the show, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino has bolted as well, according to Us Weekly.

“Mike walked off the show. He’s so over the whole thing,” a source tells the magazine. “I don’t think he’s coming back. Everyone in the house is so unhappy.”

The cast moved into its Seaside Heights, N.J., house last week to begin filming Season 5, shortly after returning from Italy, where they shot the fourth season.

Guadagnino left last Friday because he was reportedly homesick.

An email to MTV was not immediately returned. Season 4 of Jersey Shore premieres Thursday, Aug. 4 at 10/9c.

Check out photos from Jersey Shore The upheaval comes two weeks after MTV denied reports that the show would be recast after Season 5.

Could Father Alberto Cutié Be the Next Oprah?

Posted on : 09-07-2011 | By : staffwriter | In : entertainment news, Feeds, fox news, us news

father albert

Just weeks ago Oprah Winfrey stepped down from her 25-year-run as the ultimate talk show star. Now some are hailing a former Roman Catholic priest as the one to fill the void.

Father Alberto Cutié hit headlines in 2009 when he was photographed cavorting with a woman on a Miami beach. He soon left the Roman Catholic Church in the name of pursuing the woman he loved, but wished to continue serving God as a married man.

The following year, Father Alberto was received as an Episcopal priest. Now the 42-year-old family man is getting ready to help Americans, from all walks of life, solve an array of jaw-dropping personal problems in a daily single-topic talk show “Father Albert.”

“My personal dilemma was so publicized … people are now coming on this show to really talk about their deepest dilemmas and struggles,” Father Albert told FOX411’s Pop Tarts. “That’s what the show is really about, people coming to address issues – almost anything that has to do with relationships, family, issues that people usually don’t want to talk about or deal with in a different place. These are all issues we see on Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz and other shows, but certainly from a different perspective. You’re coming to speak to a priest, someone coming from a point of compassion and understanding.”

Father Albert hopes to combine his television commitments with his Sunday sermons.

“I always say that I’m not a TV priest, I’m a priest that works in TV. My real passion is my work in the church, my preaching and guiding people,” he said. “My parish work is essential to my life, to my spirituality, and who I am as a person.”

And as far as the comparisons to Ms. Winfrey go, Albert considers it a great compliment.

“If you look at the 25 years of Oprah’s show, they really have been self-help shows, shows where people have learned to live a better life,” he said. “I think it’s a compliment, because I really believe what we do on our show is to help people with their struggles and dilemmas, with a different approach than what Ms. Winfrey took on, but we certainly do want the results to be that people are living their best lives.”

“Father Albert” premieres on FOX July 11. Check local listings for details.

James Spader to Join Cast of ‘The Office’

Actor James Spader has joined the cast of “The Office” to play the CEO of Sabre — parent company of Dunder Mifflin, NBC announced Wednesday.

Spader, 51, will replace actress Kathy Bates, who played the stubborn Jo Bennett on the comedy. Bates, 63, will be devoting more time to her starring role on the NBC legal show, “Harry’s Law.”

The Emmy award-wining actor from “Boston Legal” appeared on “The Office” in season seven as the show said farewell to actor Steve Carell — who played Michael Scott, branch manager of Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton, Pa. office.

“James will reprise his role as Robert California, this uber-salesman that has a power to convince and manipulate, like a high-class weirdo Jedi warrior,” producer Paul Lieberstein, who plays HR rep Toby Flenderson on the sitcom, said in a statement.

“He’ll have been hired over the summer as the new manager, but within hours, got himself promoted. Within days, he took over the company. James has an energy that is completely his own, and

‘The Office’ has no tools for dealing with this guy. We’re thrilled he’s joining our cast,” he added.

NBC has not yet confirmed who will replace Carell full-time, but a host of big names are reportedly vying for the job.

Comedian Ray Romano, British comedienne Catherine Tate, actor Will Arnett and Ricky Gervais — who created the original UK version of the comedy on BBC — are all rumored to be contenders for the part.

Harry Potter Actors Say Final Farewells to Their Characters

Actors, from left, back row, Oliver Phelps, James Phelps, Domhnall Gleeson, Matthew Lewis, and front row, Evanna Lynch, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Tom Felton, Bonnie Wright, pose at St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in central London, ahead of the world premiere of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2,” the last film in the series.

Daniel Radcliffe will miss being an action hero. Emma Watson will miss being a role model. Robbie Coltrane will simply miss getting to play a good guy.

The cast and crew of the “Harry Potter” movies have been saying goodbye to their characters on the eve of the premiere of the eighth and final film in the magical adventure series.

When they met the press at a valedictory news conference Wednesday, it felt like the last day of school — a warm mixture of release and regret.

Radcliffe, Watson and Rupert Grint have grown up in the films over the past decade, playing young wizards Harry, Hermione and Ron as they progress through Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and fight the dark forces of Lord Voldemort.

Watson said was it is still “difficult to process” the fact that she won’t be playing Hermione again.

The 21-year-old said she would miss the brave, brainy young witch, who was not just a role but a role model.

“I think of her like a sister,” Watson said. “She feels so real to me. … Of course I will miss the people, but actually I will just miss being her.

“I think she made me a better person, and she made me work harder, just as a result of comparing myself to her every day.”

Grint, 21, said he felt bereft that the series had ended.

“I have felt a little bit lost without it, really, not really knowing what to do with myself,” Grint said. “It’s been such a constant part of my life.”

Radcliffe — who appeared on tape from New York, where he is starring in a Broadway production of “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” — said he would miss the cast and crew, and the stunts.

“I don’t really have the natural frame and stature of an action hero,” the modestly sized 20-year-old actor said. “So it’s kind of a gift for a young actor to be able to do all that stuff. … Bursting out of the water surrounded by a ring of fire: I will never get to do that again.”

Scottish actor Coltrane — who has played the friendly giant Hagrid since the start of the series — said the films were “the first time in my entire career that I’ve played a thoroughly good man.”

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2″ has its premiere Thursday in London and opens around the world next week. It brings Harry’s saga to a close 10 years after the launch of the first film,

“Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone,” and four years after the publication of the final book in J.K. Rowling’s adventure series.

More than 20 members of the cast and crew — from producer David Hayman and director David Yates to assorted Hogwarts teachers and red-haired Weasley siblings — spoke to reporters Wednesday under the grand neo-Gothic vaults of London’s St. Pancras Hotel.

It was a sentimental occasion. Everyone, magic or muggle, paid tribute to their colleagues. Several spoke of the Potter “family” and rejected the idea of the films as a “franchise.”

Yates, who has directed the last four Potter movies, said the cast and crew had a strong bond.

“We’ve all been to the moon together, as it were, and I think that’s special,” he said.

Evanna Lynch, the Irish actress and Harry Potter fan who was cast, aged 14, as flighty Hogwarts pupil Luna Lovegood, said she had no idea what she would do next.

“I’m distraught that this is over,” said 19-year-old Lynch. “I’ve been obsessed with this book since I was eight, so I don’t really know what I was before that or what will come next.

“Apparently they are opening a Harry Potter Experience thing where Leavesden (Studios) was. I am available as a tour guide.”

The “Harry Potter” films have been big box office hits, but largely overlooked by the Academy Awards and other major prizes.

Yates said he said he was more proud of the approval of fans, like those camped out in London’s Trafalgar Square before Thursday’s premiere in “a mini-Glastonbury of people from all over the world who have been camping out in the rain for the last three nights.”

“That’s more of a compensation than lots of trophies,” he said.

Supermodel Kate Moss tried to stop military planes bound for Afghanistan from flying over her wedding ceremony and reception, The Sun reported Thursday.

Moss, 37 — who is now honeymooning on a $16 million superyacht — wanted to get married without the drone of jets from the Royal Air Force’s (RAF) Brize Norton base overhead.

She asked chiefs at the base near her Little Faringdon, central England, home to divert or postpone their flights — but was politely refused.

HOT SHOTS: Kate Moss

A military source said, “RAF Brize Norton is a fully operational wartime air base. Flights from the base carry troops and vital equipment directly to Afghanistan.”

The source added, “These flights are absolutely crucial. The idea that the top military brass would put these flights on hold or change their routes just to give a celeb some peace on their wedding day is absolutely inconceivable. Kate should consider herself lucky she just got a polite refusal.”

Mom-of-one Moss’ home — where her three-day reception celebration was held — is around five miles from the air base. The church where she wed The Kills rocker Jamie Hince, 42, on Friday is also close by.

Spongebob Squarepants Cartoon

‘Spongebob Square Pants” is ready for its episodic Twitter debut.

For the first time ever, Nickelodeon has created a “SpongeBob” storyline that will unfold on Twitter via multiple tweets and images over four days.

The tweeted storyline, “The Ice Race Cometh: A Twitter-Tale,” will begin next Tuesday and will conclude on Friday, July 15 — leading into the new “SpongeBob” episode, “Frozen Face Off,” airing 8 p.m. that night.

The Twitter feed will then re-commence after the special, and will run for about two more days with fresh tweets.

“Nowadays, it seems like kids are getting into social media at an earlier age, and recognizing that and understanding that, we want to create places for them to go,” says Nickelodeon’s Roland Poindexter, senior vice president of animation and current series.

“There’s such a broad fan base for ‘SpongeBob’ — everyone from kids to people in their 60s . . . ‘SpongeBob’ has 25 million fans on Facebook and we’re trying to extend that magic.”

This will also be the first time that Twitter will debut a TV series storyline on its site.

“SpongeBob” fans will be able to track the story as it unfolds on Twitter via 15 to 20 tweets each day, some of which will have pictures attached.

The “Ice Race Cometh” tweets will involve all of the show’s characters and will be crafted by the “SpongeBob” writing staff.

Has Tom Hanks Lost His Box Office Touch?

Universal Pictures

Julia Roberts and Tom Hanks star in “Larry Crowne.”

Two-time Oscar winner Tom Hanks just hit one of the biggest lows in his prolific 30-year Hollywood career.

Last week’s release, the romantic comedy “Larry Crowne,” which Hanks starred in, wrote, directed and produced, bombed at the U.S. box office. The highly-anticipated film came in fourth place behind “Transformers: Dark of the Moon,” “Cars 2,”and “Bad Teacher” the latter two of which opened in theaters two weeks earlier.

So far the film, which co-stars Julia Roberts and is follows a middle-aged man who loses his job and re-invents himself by going back to college, has made just over $17.5 million domestically. According to Box Office Mojo, it cost an estimated $30 million to make.

“Larry Crowne” was also widely-panned by critics ahead of its release. The movie-critiquing website Rotten Tomatoes gave it a mere 35 percent rating, and it was referred to by the critics as “wasting abundant talent as it goes,” “instantly forgettable,” and “excruciatingly contrived.”

And its not like this was a small film nobody had heard of. Hanks went all out promoting the film with a plethora of interviews, a star-studded Hollywood premiere, and even an appearance on Univision’s Spanish-language morning show Despierta America to promote the film. The A-list actor managed to garner extra attention on the show by dancing through the weather segment in an attempt to handle the language barrier. While the amusing video went viral across the world, it clearly wasn’t enough to draw audiences to “Larry Crowne.”

So … is Hanks now box office poison?

“Hanks may be at the done-it-all-stage of his career and simply wants to pursue projects that personally engage him rather than make more piles of money – but movie studios remain in the making-piles-of-money business,” film and pop culture expert, Scott Huver, told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column. “And the movie ticket-buying audience – especially in the summer – is traditionally built on a younger, hipper generation that may not easily gravitate toward a 54-year-old star known best as a relatable ‘everyman.’”

The rom com’s failure to resonate with audiences could also spell a trouble for Julia Robert’s high-profile Hollywood standing.

“What is most surprising is that the seemingly appealing combo of Hanks and Julia Roberts failed to score with moviegoers, suggesting that Roberts may have also lost a little of her own once-bulletproof box office luster,” Huver continued. “It’s been a while since there was a great deal of excitement surrounding a Julia Roberts film based solely on her presence. ‘Eat, Pray, Love‘ for example, had legions of fans of the best-selling book to rely on, while the ‘Ocean’s’ films grouped her with multiple mega-stars at the height of their fame.”

But other industry experts are confident that the famed “Forrest Gump” star hasn’t lost his Hollywood crown.

“Tom Hanks is a unique Hollywood figure who has no peer in entertainment. He has hosted ‘Saturday Night Live’ more than any other actor and he will quickly leave this little speed bump in his rear view mirror,” predicted Jason Maloni, Senior Vice President at Levick Strategic Communications. “One underperforming film is hardly a trend, especially when one’s body of work is broad and impressive as Mr. Hanks’s.”

Ronn Torossian, CEO President of 5WPR, said that the entertainment industry’s short-term memory will most likely work in Hanks’s favor.

“Some studios may at first be hesitant to jump on a project with Mr. Hanks, but the beauty about the media industry, especially Hollywood, is that everyone has a short memory, and his overall body of work speaks volume in the long-run,” Torossian added. “Hollywood loves a compelling comeback story.”

Addicted in Hollywood: Scary Lengths Stars Go to Stay Scary Skinny

Dangerous dieting is as old as Hollywood

And it can be deadly.

Singer Karen Carpenter died at 32 of complications from anorexia nervosa, specifically “cardiotoxicity” brought on by the chemical emetine, found in the now banned over-the-counter drug, ipecac.

Glamazon Anna Nicole-Smith, who had gone through years of yo-yo dieting, was on a host of prescription medications, including two that could be used for weight loss, when she died of an accidental overdose at the age of 39.

Screen legend Judy Garland was hounded by film executives who told her she was too fat. The actress turned to pounding pound-shedding amphetamines over the course of her lifetime. She died at age 47 of a barbiturate overdose.

Now experts say destructive dieting only getting worse.

“It is such an image-conscious industry. I find more and more women and men are utilizing whatever they can do to try and stay thin. People are looking for a quick and easy way to cheat,” Dr. Reef Karim, director of The Control Center and assistant clinical professor at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience, told FOX411’s Pop Tarts. “Their livelihood, their ability to be cast in a role, their entire way of making money is completely dependent on staying thin.”

Reef, who has treated several celebrities, says cocaine and crystal meth are both high on the list of preferred appetite suppressants. One recent patient who constantly felt lethargic and couldn’t lose weight turned to meth snorting.

“In the short term, she said she actually felt okay and she actually felt like not eating, but in the long term, she got psychotic. That’s when she came to my office, because she was paranoid and she thought the police were after her and the CIA had bugged her apartment, and all sorts of other stuff,”  Karim said. “In the end, she had to be treated for a meth problem, and it all started 100 percent, because she wanted to lose weight.”

Reef said the side effects of a “meth diet” are chilling. “It’s a strong appetite suppressant, but it will also fry your brain. It’s neuro-toxic and it’s going to kill some of your nerve terminals,” Reef said. “You’re going to get ‘meth mouth’ and all sorts of other craziness is going to happen to you all for the sake of shedding a few pounds.”

(“Meth mouth” is a term for advanced oral decay commonly found in meth abusers.)

But dangerous diet aids need not be illegal. Dr. David Sack, CEO of Malibu’s celebrity-saturated rehabilitation clinic Promises, says stars routinely seek out and get addicted to prescription medications to pop the pounds. These drugs include:

– Psychostimulants designed to decrease appetite

– Hormones such as thyroid hormone to boost one’s metabolism

– The male hormone androgen to increase muscle mass

– Fat blockers to attempt to stop fat being absorbed in the gut

– Diuretics to increase the amount of water released from the body

– Depression medications containing serotonin to diminish one’s desire to eat

Sack said one of the most popular drugs misused for weight loss in the entertainment industry is Adderall, which is correctly prescribed to those diagnosed with with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD.) The drug gained extra attention last year when doctors at the UCLA rehab facility, who were treating Lindsay Lohan, told TMZ that the actress had been misdiagnosed with ADD, and the consequent use of Adderall to treat the phantom affliction may have been what caused her to become unhinged.

And there are more drugs on the way, Sack says.

“Recently … a drug that blocks central cannibinoid receptors, based on the observation that marijuana and related chemicals stimulant appetite, has been studied for weight loss, but its not approved in the U.S,” Sack said.

So how does a celebrity get a prescription for a drug they want to use to lose weight?

“Overseas medications provide a pathway for people who cannot afford legitimate medical prescriptions,” Sack said. “The rules regarding the import of drugs by individuals from pharmacies have slackened are not closely enforced.”

And when you have a little star power, getting drugs gets even easier.

“I cannot even tell you how many younger women take Adderall. It is all over the place. How many of them have ADHD that is truly diagnosable? Very few,” Reef said. “Some people get them from friends that truly have ADHD. Those friends ask for more medication than they really need and give it to their friends. Then there are those people that try to fake that they have ADHD and fake all sorts of symptoms to get the medication, hoping that they lose weight.”

A rep for Teva Pharmaceuticals, maker of Adderall IR, notes that “Adderall is a Schedule II controlled substance, and the package insert clearly states the risks associated with incorrect dosage, misuse or abuse and recommends that doctors properly monitor patients. This medicine is not recommended for patients with a history of drug abuse. Adderall is one of many prescription drugs subject to abuse. Such actions can have unfortunate consequences.” A rep for Shire pharmaceuticals, maker of Adderall XR adds that ”While physicians can prescribe them for other conditions, Shire does not endorse, recommend or promote this practice. XR is a safe and effective when used according to our label. When it comes to inappropriate use, it is not only wrong, but illegal and dangerous.”

A few years ago Clenbuterol (nicknamed “clen” and “the size zero drug”) hit the Hollywood scene. Legal only for use in horses as an effective equine asthma treatment, clenbuterol is a potentially life-threatening substance that was initially discovered by bodybuilders as a means of burning fat while building muscle mass. Nonetheless, it was hailed as a Hollywood and fashion industry wonder drug, and one which was easy to find on the Web.

And as if the drugs weren’t dangerous enough by themselves, eating disorders and co-addictions often accompany their misuse.

“The anorexics, the bulimics, the binge eaters are coming in, usually with alcohol addiction and prescription drug addiction,” said Dr. Gregg Jantz, eating disorder specialist and founder of The Center in Washington, DC. “The average client that we see comes in with six or seven medications that they are currently using. A lot of times, they’re taking something for depression, and they’re taking something for anxiety. The problem is that they’re mixing their medications.”

So is there any hope for desperate actors and actresses in a town built on svelte good looks?

“The more problematic behaviors we have in regards to body image, the more people are going to cut corners and find impulsive ways to get there,” Reef added. “A lot of that is going to be pills and drugs, and anything one can do to curb their appetite and look thinner. They start out thinking ‘this is a good idea,’ but end up in my office.”

Or worse.

Are you a hater when it comes to celebrities?

Now your passion could make you a reality star.

Doron Ofir Casting, in association with Warner Horizon Television, announced this week that casting has kicked off for both lovers and haters of the stars to participate in a new reality show slated to film this fall.

“The phenomenon of hating celebrities has really grown to epic proportions, from Charlie Sheen to Paris Hilton to Lindsay Lohan. Then we have athletes like LeBron James and Kobe Bryant to musicians like Chris Brown and Lil’ Wayne… It’s my favorite pastime to add my two cents about these people, so it made sense to have a show which brings this to life,” Doron Ofir, Executive Casting Director, told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column. “I’m seeking quick-witted, fun and outgoing teams of two who know, relish or loathe about every second of a certain person’s fame.”

And it doesn’t matter why you love or hate them, but as long as you feel strongly, the show, which is taking digital applications for Southern California residents at www.famegame.com, wants you.

“Are you celebrity obsessed? Do you gush, fawn and cheer over everything they do? Or is there a celebrity that really gets your blood boiling? Do you love or hate their looks, their life, their style, their talent or lack thereof? If you’re ready to put your money where your mouth is then we want you,” the casting release stated.

The more vocal you are about it, the better.

Rick Rubin on Adele’s Success, Red Hot Chili Peppers’ New Album

So far, Adele’s “21″ is the best-selling album of the year, with a little over 2.5 million copies sold. Rick Rubin, who produced several tracks on the album, says while he had no idea the album would connect with so many people, he understands why it has.

“She doesn’t carry any of the baggage of many of today’s pop stars, and it truly is about the music first, and her voice and her lyrics, and baring her soul with what she’s saying. I would say what she makes is her art, and at no time does it feel like product,” he said in a phone interview recently. “So much of pop music feels like product.”

The British singer won Grammys for her debut album “19,” but has catapulted to superstar status with the success of “21″ and hits like the No. 1 “Rolling in the Deep.” Figures released by Nielsen SoundScan earlier this week showed it was the year’s most popular album at the mid-way point.
Rubin says the raw emotions in songs on the album, inspired mostly by the 23-year-old’s breakup with a boyfriend, are what people are responding to.

“She really bared her soul lyrically, and I think that’s what resonating with people — the truth in her lyrics, and the passion in which she tells that truth,” he said.

Rubin, a Grammy-winning producer who’s worked with artists ranging from Jay-Z to Johnny Cash to Neil Diamond, has several other high-profile projects he’s working on, including albums from Metallica, Linkin Park, the Avett Brothers and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Rubin describes the Chili Peppers’ album “I’m With You,” due out Aug. 30, as unlike anything the band has ever done — but unmistakably Peppers music. He credits that in part to guitarist Josh Klinghoffer, who replaced John Frusciante, and personal changes group members have gone through since putting out their last album five years ago.

“Anthony (Kiedis) and Flea had children during that time, so their lives have changed a lot since the last album we made, and because they had taken this time off, they came back with a real hunger and excitement about the music-making process again,” Rubin said.

“I think it’s the first time in their career that they’d ever taken off that big of a chunk of time, and they’ve been a band for 28 years now,” he said. “It really feels like starting all over again, because they have the dynamics of a new band.”

Famous chef and host of NBC’s “Minute to Win It” Guy Fieri, is embroiled in a bitter custody battle over his nephew after his sister passed away.

The ordeal began when Fieri’s sister Morgan died of cancer back in February, landing her 11-year-old son, Jules, square in the middle of a custody battle between Morgan’s parents and the boy’s father.

According to a petition for guardianship filed by Jules’ grandparents, they claimed the father, Dain Pape, should not get custody because he is “living out of his motor home,” and has no source of income.

But last week, a Marin County judge sided with Pape ruling that he should have custody of his son, and the grandparents must return Jules to Pape.

Since the ruling, Pape told TMZ that Jules has yet to be returned to him. According to Pape, Jules has been vacationing with his uncle, Guy Fieri, on a remote lake in Northern California with no cell service.

Pape says he hasn’t driven to the lake because he wants to avoid a confrontation with the family. He simply wants the grandparents to comply with the court order.

TMZ has reached out to Fieri’s reps, but have yet to receive a response.

Jen Aniston ‘Fell in Love’ With Raunchy Role Despite Character’s Gay Slur

Jen Aniston

Jennifer Aniston was America’s sweetheart as the loveable Rachel Green on the hit 90s sitcom “Friends,” but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have a mean streak.

“There’s a little nasty in everybody, whether they say it or not,” she told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column while promoting her new comedy, “Horrible Bosses.” “Everybody gets frustrated.”

Aniston plays sexually twisted dentist Dr. Julia Harris in the flick, which opens in theaters this weekend. Aniston’s character makes shocking, X-rated advances on her male dental assistant, and threatens to destroy his upcoming wedding.

HOT SHOTS: Jennifer Aniston

“I loved the script, I thought it was extremely unique idea that everybody universally would be able to relate to, in terms of having a boss that’s a little difficult,” she continued. “The part was irresistible.”

The role also features Aniston in just a lab coat and underwear, devouring a procession of phallic symbols in sexy lingerie, and talking dirty in a bathtub.

“It was fun, over way too fast. I loved her (Julia) and was sad to see her go,” Aniston said. “I loved her, I fell for her.”

It all seems to be working. As of Wednesday, “Horrible Bosses” had an impressive 83 percent rating on movie critique website Rotten Tomatoes, with critics commending it for its “nonstop laughs,” “whip-smart script,” and the “chemistry between its actors.”

But Aniston’s sexually inappropriate character has also ignited some controversy. In one scene, Dr. Harris calls her dental assistant a gay slur.

“You’re starting to sound like a little f****t there, Dale,” she says.

Gay slurs – even under the umbrella of comedy – don’t always sit well in Hollywood.

Last year, GLAAD (The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) demanded that Universal remove the trailer for Vince Vaughn’s comedy “The Dilemma” and edit out the a line calling electric cars “gay.” The organization’s outcry had Hollywood taking sides.

In the case of Aniston’s character, the writers of the film have defended the use of the term by saying that it was included to further illustrate just how “horrible” Aniston’s character truly is. “I think when it is coming out of her mouth, it is understandably offensive,” co-writer John Francis Daley told The Daily Beast.

GLAAD did not respond to FOX411′s request for comment.

Former “CSI” star Gary Dourdan has been charged with drug possession after officials determined he was carrying oxycontin when he smashed into several parked cars in Hollywood on June 13.

The Los Angeles City Attorney told TMZ that Dourdan was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Initially, cops believed Dourdan was in possession of ecstasy during the incident but it appears the pills were later identified as oxycontin, a prescription painkiller also known as “hillbilly heroin.”

As for the vehicular destruction Dourdan allegedly caused that morning, he won’t face criminal charges for that as it is the insurance company’s problem.

If convicted on all charges, Gary faces up to a year in jail.

Child star rapper Bow Wow confirmed that he is a father following weeks of speculation and rumors.

The music and film star, real name Shad Gregory Moss, disclosed Wednesday that he became a father to his baby daughter Shai Moss in June, in a letter to fans on his official website.

The 24 year old — who previously criticized websites reporting the rumored event — said that he was nervous to tell fans the truth, in case they judged him.

He wrote, “I waited so long to tell yall the truth because I was nervous on how yall would look at me. Yall know everyone makes a big deal out of everything I do. I wanted to be 1st n let yall know the real.”

Bow Wow, who lives in Atlanta, added, “My lil girl is getting BIG fast. I love every minute of it. She inspires me to go harder. Even made me treat my mother better, its like it made me into a man over night.”

The baby’s mother is his ex-girlfriend and music video star Joie Chavis.

Bow Wow shot to fame aged 13 as rapper Snoop Dogg’s protege. He has since starred in films including “Like Mike” and “The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.”

Actor Ben Affleck allegedly lost almost half a million dollars in an underground, high-rolling gambling ring, RadarOnline and Star magazine reported Wednesday — claims the actor branded “complete garbage.”

Affleck reportedly joined the high-stakes games in 2002, while he was dating singer Jennifer Lopez, and allegedly still owes $400,000 for a bet he lost to Ron Meyer, president of Universal Pictures.

Other stars who allegedly took part in the gatherings, which had a buy-in of $100,000, included “Spider-Man” actor Tobey Maguire, “Titanic” star Leonardo DiCaprio and Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez.

HOT SHOTS: Ben Affleck

Meyer’s daughter, Jennifer, is married to Maguire, who has been targeted in a lawsuit brought by victims of Beverly Hills hedge fund manager, Brad Ruderman.

Ruderman allegedly orchestrated a $25 million Ponzi scheme and used the proceeds of the fraud to pay off his gambling debts to Maguire and others.

“At the time, Ben wasn’t the most skillful player, it was almost like he was someone who felt they did not deserve the money they had,” a source told Star about Affleck’s participation.

But a rep for Affleck told amNewYork the report was, “Complete garbage. Made up and lacking any real sources.”

And a spokesman for Rodriguez, Richard Rubenstein, last week denied that the Yankee played in any of the games connected to Ruderman.

“Mr. Rodriguez has not participated in these poker games,” he said.

March 28: Kourtney Kardashian (R) making her acting debut on ABC Daytime’s “One Life to Live.” ABC Television announced in April that it was canceling its long-running daytime soap operas “One Life to Live” and “All My Children.” The New York Post recently learned the beloved soaps would be migrating online.

Beloved US soap operas “All My Children” and “One Life to Live” will live on — on the web, the New York Post reported Thursday.

Disney’s ABC has sold the online rights to the two long-running soaps, which are scheduled to go off the air in September, as part of a deal with TV, film and music company Prospect Park.

Sources told the Post the daily dramas will pick up where they left off on a new, as-yet-unnamed, TV-focused online network once the soaps finish their four-decade run in broadcast.

Prospect Park, founded in 2008, is run by executives Rich Frank, a former Disney Studios boss, and Jeff Kwatinetz. Both are executive producers of USA Network’s hit show, “Royal Pains.”

Prospect Park is said to be finalizing its current round of funding for its Hulu-style venture in the next month to 45 days.

The soaps are expected to be the first of a number of brand-name TV shows to eventually land at the site.

News of the deal will be a huge relief to soap fans who have been campaigning for ABC to keep them on air. The broadcast network said in April it was dumping them for much less expensive, unscripted programs, “The Chew” and “Revolution.”

“All My Children” launched in 1970 and “One Life to Live” began life in 1968.
